Refund Policy

Online Store merchandise is "made to order" and cannot be returned or exchanged for size. If your item is damaged, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. For bulk orders, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt to report damages or other issues with the order. We will do everything we can to make the order correct or will credit your invoice for the defective goods. Please contact our office first for a return authorization.
